The metal oxide surge arrester (MOA) is an advanced overvoltage protector in the word. The metal oxide varistors (MOV),Adopt overvoltage limiter Technology . It have good response to steep front surge, excellent volt-ampere characteristics and high discharge capability, which provides a very consistent protection merit at steep front surge, lightning surge and switching surge, and enhances protective capability.
The product has been confirms by the Chinese national center for quality supervision and test of insulators and surge arrest-
ers. The  technical performance of the product conforms to IEC60099-4 standard technical requirements.
金属氧化物避雷器（M O A）是世界上较先进的过电压限制器，其核心元件——金属氧化物电阻片（M O V）,采用过电压限制器技术。它具有良好的陡波响应能力、卓越的非线性伏安特性和巨大的通流容量，在尖顶波、操作波和雷电波下均有优异的保护能
力，工作性能几乎不受波形的影响。

本产品已通过国家绝缘子避雷器质量监督检验中心型式试验，所有参数均严格按国际标准IEC 60099-4《交流无间隙金属氧化物避雷器》执行。

 

4.1 环境温度：不高于+40℃，不低于-40℃;
4.2 海拔不高于3000m;
4.3 额定频率：50Hz或60Hz;
4.4 长期施加在避雷器上的电压不高于避雷器
持续运行电压;
4.5 最大风速：35m/s;

Every polymeric housed MOA puts up the disconnector. The disconnector is equipped with the insulation base. The top bolt of disconnector is directly con- nected with the bottom of MOA, the below bolt is connected with ground lead.
The disconnector shall break away automatically at the fault current while the

MOA failure under the abnormal conditions, and the failed MOA will be separated.

The figure shows the produc’s operation. The dotted line in the figure shows the situation of the grounding part’s disconnection while the disconnector operation.
所有复合外套MOA均可以配套脱离器，其一般安装于绝缘支架上。上部直接与避雷器的低压端连接，下部连接接地导线。
当MOA损伤，出现异常电流时，脱离器将自动脱离, 使损伤的MOA退出系统脱离器的工作情况见右图。图中虚线表示的就是脱离动作后，接地部分断开的情形。

Note: The last “ L” in the designation means the disconnector. Such as YH10W-24L means that the diconnector has be equipped in the MOA of YH10W-24. If the disconnector isn’t equipped, the “ L” no appear.
注意：型号最后的字母“L”表示脱离器。例如YH10W-24L，表示在型号为YH10W-24的MOA上安装了脱离器。若不安装，将不会有字母“L”。
